Club open Mondays & Wednesdays 7pm - 8pm

Why not try our 8 lesson (one per week), Basic Karate training course for a foundation in Shukokai Karate which will allow you to commence full training, if you wish, at Red Belt Level

Or at your own Venue

3 x one hour sessions covering

·       danger awareness,

·       defence against attacks,

·        breaks from holds,

·       striking & kicking techniques

·       and disabling of attackers
